Levi's® Legacy Campaign

Came across this on Fashion United this morning -

"As the tension increases in the UK, it is interesting to see that denim brand Levi’s used rebel action in their new 'Legacy' campaign. The global film illustrates young people wearing Levi's jeans inspiring them to live their life as their own, and ‘Go forth’. To illustrate the rebel without a cause feeling a couple of shots are made in front of a police-looking force. A rather bad timing to be launching such a spirited movie, luckily the voice over explains the meaning of the campaign."

I've actually been working on a case study about Rebellion / Revolution since the first riots in the Autumn last year in Tunisia to the student protests in the UK in November. To be honest wondered how long it was going to take for it to filter into fashion. In my opinion this was first released on July 20th so I don't think it's bad timing at all.
