My advice for those who have given up chocolate for Lent Is avoid southbank this weekend at all costs, those who haven't and are chocolate fanatics Southbank Centre will be a heaven on earth for you over the next two days. With free chocolate overflowing everywhere and the perfect place to get those last minute Easter eggs The chocolate festival is the chocoholics dream. It's also giving workshops for the kiddies and tasting sessions, so get yourself down there perfect day out in this beautiful weather + IT'S FREE!

The Breakfast Club

As I'm semi- new in LDN, I'm really enjoying exploring the fashion's capital through the most important sensory...TASTE! I love food, I’m sure so do the rest of you so am therefore going to do a feature on the interesting/unique places that serve gorgeous & not so gorgeous food once a month. Suggestions are very much welcome!

To start of this feature of is one of the most unique restaurant’s I've been to since moving to London. An amazing hidden space within Hoxton called "The Breakfast Club". With its distinctive decor , I can honestly say it definitely differs from any other restaurant I’ve ever eaten in, with its old - school looking wooden furniture, vintage television and exposed brickwork not forgetting the mini disco in the toilets. This place is almost like the movie “The Breakfast Club” so unique it shouldn’t work but it does.

Having opened their club in Soho 2005, Its Hoxton sibling is equally famous for it's all-day breakfast. With a menu that ranges from American style pancakes, eggs Benedict to burritos and club sandwiches it has a bit of something for everyone.  I opted for my favourite instead Chicken Wings - Buffalo Wings to be exact that comes with a Blue cheese dressing and celery. The table filled with other finger licking dishes that I suddenly yearned for but when my handsomely portioned plate came I knew I had made the right decision.

The food there is absolutely beautiful. So good I went back two today’s later to cure my hangover with a club sandwich that definitely hit the spot...I promise you will think about days after you've digested it.

If its bright yellow doors don’t draw you in I’m sure their food will I highly recommend you at least try once.
