Slightly different from the first album ( Single Kiss of Life from 1st album below), Friendly Fire's sophmore offering does have a bit more of a synth sound but I am still loving it "PALA" is out now!
Did you see them on Joolz Holland last night? I think they are really trying to do something different with their music. Although the first track does sound a lot like Duran Duran, but then I am old!
Oh I missed that - Thanks for the heads up on that Sophie! Shall be heading towards BBC iplayer right now! I really love them as a band apparently the inspiration for the new record is 80's pop so I do kinda get what you mean about the Duran Duran similarities!
